The art of balancing on hands is not an isolated practice of a single joint or muscle, but the combination of body awareness, breath, focus, confidence, and the internal alignment of the entire self.

 

There is no single muscle that wouldn’t be involved in the art of balancing.

Whether you want to strengthen your crow or firefly pose, learn how to balance on your arms, or your ambition is to kick or press into the handstand — the journey begins here.

Join Marta for this 4-session introductory course to handstands. Each of the 60-minute classes will consist of stretching, strengthening, awakening, fine-tuning, and relaxing.

 

You will work not only on conditioning but also on technique, to help you begin and reinforce your existing journey of being upside-down.
