Personal Classes

Personal Yoga Classes or Personal Strength & Mobility Classes are offered to all individuals or small groups (couples, family or friends) who wish to improve their wellbeing and work on their skills at even more personalised pace and rhythm.

Prices starting from 150$ per 60 min session for 1 person and 200$ - 250$ for small groups and couples.

What To Expect from the Private Sessions?

Breath Awareness

A healthy adult person should be able to inhale and exhale for the duration of 4-6 seconds each.

We begin the practice by teaching you how to breathe.

Strength

This is the most important and often the most neglected part of the physical practice. The ability to work with your own body weight and occasionally with external weights has a huge impact on our health and wellbeing. Being strong means being able to move and walk without pain, but also to work on your arm balances and backbends if that is your wish.

Movement and Alignment

No matter if you are here to learn Yoga or to improve your general movement skills. We will teach you a better awareness of the body, we will work on your balancing and general mind-body-breath coordination.

Mobility

We don't mean a passive flexibility. What matters to us most, is your ability to move in and out of the postures in a healthy and mindful way.

 

Mobility means being able to bend forwards to tie your shoes, but also to learn how to bend backwards in all possible ways.
